UPTALL combines the mid-parental height method (an estimate based on your mother's and father's height) with growth reference percentiles for your age and gender, and adjusts the result with what you tell it about your sleep, nutrition and activity. It is a statistical estimate for motivation, not a medical prediction, and it is not a promise of any particular result.
Honestly: it depends on your age. If your growth plates are still open — typically during the teenage years — sleep, nutrition and consistent training genuinely support your natural growth trajectory. If you are an adult, your bones no longer grow, but most people carry 1–3 cm of "lost" height in compressed posture, and decompression, mobility and posture work can help you stand at your real height. UPTALL is built around both cases and will not promise you anything else.
Because that is how the program is designed to work. Spinal decompression and mobility work need recovery time between sessions; doing three days of workouts in one afternoon would not make you taller faster. The daily rhythm is the point.
