AppLocker - Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 3, 2026
Introduction
At AppLocker ("we", "us" or "our"), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the AppLocker mobile application ("App").
Information We Collect
1. App and Analytics Information
AppLocker is designed to protect your privacy and adheres to the following principles:
- Device-Stored Data: Your PIN, selected app identities, and Screen Time records remain on your device.
- App Analytics (version 1.2 and later): Mixpanel receives a pseudonymous device identifier and events such as screens viewed, time spent on screens, onboarding steps, feature actions, app selection counts, subscription plan choices, purchase outcomes, app version, and App Store storefront region. Mixpanel also derives approximate city, region, and country from the network address used to send these events. These data points are associated with the pseudonymous identifier so we can analyze user journeys and improve the App. We do not use them for advertising tracking. We do not send your PIN, selected app identities, or Screen Time records to Mixpanel.
2. Subscription Information
The App uses RevenueCat service for subscription management:
- Anonymous User ID: RevenueCat uses an anonymous user ID to manage your subscription
- Purchase Information: Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's privacy policy
- Collected Data: RevenueCat only collects minimal information necessary to verify your subscription status
Data Usage
On-Device Storage
- PIN/Password: Stored encrypted in iOS Keychain
- App Selections: Stored locally using iOS UserDefaults
- Screen Time Data: Uses Apple's Screen Time framework and data remains on your device
